Dining

All our meals are fully vegetarian and mostly vegan. We use many local, organic fruits, vegetables and herbs from our garden and the local organic market. Our daily menus are carefully created to be both healthy and tasty. Our meals are offered as self-service so you can take as much or as little as you like of each item.

Breakfast consist of several types of fruits, granola, yogurt, breads with jams and spreads, and two other options (e.g. tapioca, pancakes, cuscuz, cooked roots, hot oats…), plus two kinds of freshly made juices, and a selection of herbal teas or decaf coffee.

Lunch is our main meal. Our guests usually get back hungry from the nature trails so we make sure there is plenty to eat. The menu changes daily but we usually follow a daily theme, such as Italian, Indian, Brazilian, or Oriental cuisine. We make sure there are plenty of options so you can choose what you want to put on your plate. Lunch is always accompanied by several salads, a delicious dessert, 2 kinds of fresh juices, and a selection of herbal teas.

We try to keep our dinners light and simple for easy digestion so that our guests can sleep well and rise early for our morning kirtan, meditation and yoga. Our usual dinner menu usually includes a soup of the day, bread with spreads, one other hot dish (e.g. savoury pie, samosas, vegan pizza, risotto, rice balls with sauce etc.), dessert, fresh juices and teas.

Following the bhakti yoga tradition, we don’t use any onion or garlic. We also don’t offer any alcohol or caffein.
